Shipment
1. FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT for samples, Door-to-Door
2. By Sea for batch goods , FCL or LCL
3. Customers specifying freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods
4. Delivery Time: 5-7 days for samples; 15-30 days for batch goods. (The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.)
Our Services
1. Inquire the details like the car details, and offer our number for confirmation.
2. Send customer the quotation according to the quantity, the detail information, as well as the product
pictures.
3. Get the customer's address for checking the best freight, and about the shiping details like shiping time
and delievery time, shipping way, then deceide which shipment is the best one.
4. If confirmed, we will send the PI and more about payment and shipping details.
5. When shiping, we will check the goods' details like color, packing and so on; then we will take some pictures
for our customer.
1. When shipping , we will inform our customer the shipping details, the tracking number, and tracking website.
2. Nearly the delievery, we will tell customer to pay attention to the delivery.
3. After receiving, we would like to get the feedback information about the goods from our customer. If customer
is not satisfied with our products or service, we will negociate with him/her to find out the best way to deal with
the problem.
Q1. What is your terms of packing for fuel filter ?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery of fuel filter ?
A: FOB Guangzhou/Huangpu , CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
